We can only accept returns and process refunds for items purchased at Ranks After Dark.
To be eligible for a refund, returned merchandise must have the original packaging and all contents. All products are subject to inspection.
A valid proof of purchase (e.g. original receipt, email order confirmation) and the credit card used at the time of purchase (for credit card transactions) will be required to process a refund.
Returns accompanied by a gift receipt can be exchanged or refunded as a store credit for the transaction price indicated on the gift receipt.
Refunds are not offered on custom pieces. If merchandise is damaged please let a representative know and we will resolve the issue.
Cash refunds are not permitted for online orders or returns without a valid proof of purchase.
We only offer gift cards or exchanges for online return orders purchased using PayPal.
A printable shipping label will be provided upon submission of your return. Please note: A $10.00 shipping charge will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
- Pack your items and attach the provided shipping label.
- Once your package is received in our warehouse, it can take up to 7 business days for our returns department to process your return.
- Refunds are processed to your original form of payment. Depending on your bank, please allow up to 10 days from the time the return is processed for the refund to be reflected in your account.
